As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of store operations to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and achieve business targets. - Financial Management: Manage scorecard (profit and losses), control costs, and monitor financial performance to achieve business targets.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan and organise rotas, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient day-to-day running of the store.
- Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with the local community and represent the store and brand professionally.
