We are regarded as the trusted decorating and DIY retail brand in London, selling paint, tools, plumbing, electrical and woodwork materials throughout our 32 stores, serving the trade and retail customers. We are looking for a key individual to grow and develop our commercial and supply chain functions.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial Commercial Director to join a hugely ambitious and fast-growing business. The business intends to grow in size over the course of the next 5 years, so this role would suit a highly commercial, ambitious and driven leader with a proven track record of working at executive/board level to drive forward a fast-growing business. You will be a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and a passion for both data driven decision making and exceptional customer service.
You must be enthusiastic and dynamic with the personal confidence and vision required to lead a business. Working closely with Leadership Team, you will bring together the commercial and supply chain/distribution teams under one commercial strategy to drive and improve sales and enhance margin performance.
Previous experience with retail and/or trade consumer industry would be useful but is not a prerequisite. This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the commercial team as it goes through a period of rapid expansion, and is a great opportunity for an accomplished Director to lead a business that has truly outstanding growth prospects and a lucrative bonus and benefits package.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.

- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully developing individuals, through first rate coaching and leadership.
