On March 22nd 2022 we celebrated the hard work of the single parents working within our business, and the achievements of single parents everywhere! At Leyland SDM we believe in being inclusive to all, and we encourage and support all families by offering anything from flexibility with working hours, to hybrid working. To celebrate our team members, we asked Joella, Alex and Kelly about their experiences of being a single parent whilst working at Leyland SDM.
